Course Details
Dates & Times
All courses will consist of morning and afternoon 3 hour sessions with an hour for lunch, there will also be short breaks within the sessions. Course times which allow for travel at the beginning and end of each week will be as follows:
- Monday - 11.30am to 7pm
- Tuesday - 10am to 5.30pm
- Wednesday - 10am to 5.30pm
- Thursday - 10am to 5.30pm
- Friday - 9am to 4.30pm
We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the start of each course this is particularly important on Monday as you will need to sign in and hand in your disclaimer and information sheet if you have not already posted it.
Course Content
The seminars will cover many important points of professional wrestling including, but not limited to:
- Breakfalls
- Lock-ups and holds from basic to more advanced techniques
- Rope running and ring work
- Moves and move sets
- Character and promo
- Match structure and storytelling
The trainer will be based not far from the facility and on hand to dedicate his time and exceptional experience completely to the development of those attending the seminar.

Accommodation
Accommodation near the FutureShock Training School can be provided by Star Power Training for only £99 for 4 nights. Rooms are shared with up to 3 people sharing.
Insurance
We recommend all our students should insure themselves through Sports Cover Direct. Annual policies start from £46.30 which covers you for all wrestling training you undertake. You do not need to have this insurance to book the course but we recommend you cover yourself prior to attending. Sports Cover Direct does not cover students from outside the UK or Republic of Ireland. Any other valid wrestling training insurance will also be accepted.
